Buzzsaw does not sell data. Data is provided to our clients for multi-use, within a limited set of criteria and a set timeframe. We utilise the data through our own release channels for EDM & SMS and provide the same for use in social channels through our partners at Eyeota. We also provide data formatted to specific call systems for external Telemarketing and Direct Mail agencies. 

We will provide unencrypted data directly to a client if telemarketing is required or if Client is sending their own emails, most of the time marketing activities such as Email or SMS are undertaken by us directly on behalf of our clients or piped directly through to the point of deployment. All data is seeded for monitoring and quality assurance purposes. 

Our data is verified routinely and updated to maintain accuracy, to remain compliant with Australian privacy laws and to ensure effectiveness. We provide a limited 95% accuracy guarantee on all telemarketing data.
